Reservation Deposits:
At the time of booking, an initial deposit of one night is due within 14 days of making your reservation. The final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival except during the holiday season, the balance during the Holiday Season is due 45 days prior to arrival. This includes all taxes, activities and other charges. If booking a reservation within 30 to 45 days of your arrival, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
Check-In Policies:
At check we require a Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express card to be given at check in as a damage deposit.
Accepted Payments:
We accept Master Card, Visa, American Express and Discover.
Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel more then 30 days, during the winter and summer season or 45 days during the holiday season prior to arrival, all monies will be refunded with the exception of a one night stay. Should you need to cancel within the 30 days, during the winter and summer season or 45 days duiring the holiday season prior to arrival all monies are non-refundable.
Check-In/Check-Out:
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. on your arrival date. Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. on your departure date.
No Smoking or Pets Permitted:
All properties are NON-SMOKING and have a NO-PET RULE, no exceptions. Violators are required to pay a substantial cleaning/deodorizing fee. A fee, to be determined, will be assessed if smoking or pets have been discovered and billed to the guest.
Housekeeping:
Prior to your arrival, your vacation home is clean and furnished with fresh linens, towels and supplies. Daily housekeeping is not included, but is available upon request at least 48 hours prior to arrival, for an additional fee. Upon departure general turn around cleaning will be done. If excessive trash and dirty dishes are left, that will be viewed as damage and will be deducted from your damage deposit. A fee, to be determined, will be assessed in this situation and will be billed to the guest.
Events:
Some of our homes allow intimate weddings, gatherings, receptions and family reunions with a caterer. Some homes are restricted due to the Homeowners Association Regulations. If you are planning any type of event, you are required to discuss the nature of the event with us before the home is confirmed. You will be required to agree to the individual home rules. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no money refunded if your event is not disclosed and approved by Destinations West in advance. Our guests services department would be happy to assist in your planning of such events, please call for details.
Rental Guarantee:
Once you reserve your vacation rental with us, we guarantee that the home that you reserved will be guaranteed for your stay. However, in the case of an unforseen maintenance issue or homeowner request, we reserve the right to move you to a like or upgraded property. Whenever possible we would notify you in advance with your options.
