In the summer you can walk to the music festivals and events and in the winter take advantage of the free shuttle the runs through the condominium complex on the hour and will take you directly to Winter Park Resort for a day of skiing or snowboarding. Mountain bike, hiking and snowshoe trails can be accessed behind the condominium complex making this lodging location an outdoor paradise!

The condominium clubhouse features an indoor heated pool, three hot tubs and a sauna. Free DVD rentals are available at the front desk, you just need to leave a credit card as a deposit. A computer is available for use in the lobby to print up boarding passes or check your email. Wireless internet access runs throughout the complex, so bring your own computer if you want to catch up on a bit of work. Laundry facitilies are located in the clubhouse and only $1.75 to wash and to dry. A meeting room is also located on site with a catering kitchen and deck, great for family reunions!
