Meeting Room Choices/Meeting in Homes
1, Private Homes located at Pole Creek - we have a collection of 3 large homes that can host up to 30 people depending on bedding.
2. Private Homes located across from Winter Park Resort - we have a collection of 2 Dream Catcher homes and 3 Antlers at Lakota homes that can accommodate from 24 to 44 based on bedding configuration and needs.
* These collections offer space in the homes for meeting areas and breakout areas. You may also consider using the meeting room located at the Beaver Village Condominiums clubhouse for a larger group.
Meeting Room Choices/Meeting in Meeting Room
1. Private Homes located in Winter Park - a variety located in town, Rendezvous and Old Town.
2. Private Homes and townhomes located in Fraser - a variety located on the Ridge, next to Meadowridge, town of Fraser.
*These collections only offer lodging options due to size unless a very small meeting space is required. You may sldo consider using the meeting room located at the Beaver Village Condominiums clubhouse for a lerger group.
Meeting Room/Beaver Village Condominiums Clubhouse
The Beaver Village Condominiums meeting room is 1500 square feet and best for groups up to 75 people. The udpated meeting room has new wood blinds over the floor to ceiling windows and a connected catering kitchen.
Conference Services
Our group coordinator is on site and will assist you with your rooming list, meeting needs and organizing your stay. Since we have only one meeting room, you have our undivided attention! Our group coordinator can also assist with contacts in town whether for your Winter Park wedding, retreat or ski group. Please contact our group coordinator for meeting room availability and group proposal.
Meeting Room and Audio Visual
The meeting room is approximately 1500 square feet and can be divided in two halves each seating approximately 50 people in theater style. Splitting the room is a good option for groups who want breakout space or a separate room for dining. You will find complimentary high speed wireless internet in both the meeting room and lobby area.
Our Audio visual inventory is limited and we invite you to bring your own. If that is not an option, please let us know well in advance so that we may make the appropriate arrangements.
