Lodging Ideas for Reunions:
1. Antlers at Lakota: Choose between 3 townhomes located at Antlers at Lakota, these 3 level townhomes sleep between 6 to 8 people and are all near one another. Sleep up to a potential total of 20 people. Located across from Winter Park Resort in the Lakota Neighborhood. Perfect location for ski reunions or enjoying the base area activities at Winter Park Resort in the summer.
2. IN3D and Dreamcatcher: Two duplexes that sleep 12 people each and up to a total of 24 people between the two homes that are located next door to one another. These special townhomes have plenty of living space for all with a large open floor plan upstairs complete with open kitchen perfect preparing and eating group meals together. Downstairs features another living area. Master suites make these homes ideal for extra space and privacy.
3. Winter Park Place and Slopeside Village: Three units could accommodate up to 28 people if you use all of the bedding. Winter Park Place has plenty of bedding for 9 people and is located right across the street from Slopeside Village. One of the Slopeside Village units sleeps 8 and even has an elevator, ideal for elders or people that need wheelchair friendly access. The last Slopeside Village unit sleeps 10, four bedrooms and two levels, with plenty of space. This combination of units are located in Old Town within walking (longer) or shuttle distance to Winter Park Resort base. Great for a ski trip or enjoying summer activities at the base area of Winter Park Resort.
4. Let your reunion attendees choose from all of our lodging optoins located throughout Winter Park, Fraser and Tabernash then make use of our meeting room located at the clubhouse of Beaver Village Condominiums. The clubhouse is the check in location for our Destinations West guests and houses a meeting room that holds up to 100, a catering kitchen, outdoor deck with grill and extra seating plus indoor pool, hot tubs and sauna.
